In this original opera by Bucks County Composer Misha Dutka, filmed on location in Erdenheim / Montgomery County PA and Chestnut Hill, with all Bucks / Montgomery County performers and crew, Clara, a retired actress, meets her old friend and fellow actress Amelia in a cafe on Christmas eve. She begins talking, and keeps talking endlessly, never letting Amelia get in a single word. Slowly, as she recollects the history of their friendship, Clara realizes that years ago, Amelia had had an affair with her husband. She flies into a rage, then into despair, but finally consoles herself with the knowledge that she and her husband are still together, and she walks out to go back to her family, leaving Amelia alone in a restaurant on Christmas eve.
