Set at the turn of an era in 1961; Jack and Donna occupy a rural farm in America, are expecting their first child but their relationship is strained by Jack's abusive and controlling behavior. One night, they witness a bright light falling from the sky and crashing into their farmstead. Curious and scared, they decided to investigate the source of the light. Upon Jack's investigation he discovers what clearly resembles a flying saucer and cannot begin to fathom the sight. Visitors from another world are paying an unannounced visit with unknown intentions. Suddenly the lovebirds will be met with an unexpected turn of events, that will test their toxic relationship but also the good of all mankind.
