Director Statement
"Summer run" is a story of loneliness, seduction, melancholy, despair... a story of resiliency where the sport has a key role. The short film has been shot in Umbria, the green heart of Italy, with a completely Umbrian cast and with the participation of the Italian Paralympic champion Antonio Acciarino. "Summer run" has got the patronage of the Umbria Region, Province of Perugia, Municipality of Gualdo Cattaneo, Italian Paralympic Committee of Umbria.

"Corsa d'estate" è una storia di solitudine, seduzione, malinconia, disperazione… una storia di resilienza dove lo sport ha un ruolo chiave. Il cortometraggio è stato girato in Umbria, il cuore verde d'Italia, con un cast completamente umbro e con la partecipazione del campione italiano paralimpico Antonio Acciarino. "Corsa d'estate" ha ottenuto il patrocinio della Regione Umbria, della Provincia di Perugia, del Comune di Gualdo Cattaneo e del Comitato Italiano Paralimpico Umbria.
