SALZMANN, 11min., Germany, Experimental Dance
Directed by Stephanie Crousillat
SALZMANN focuses on journey, boundlessness, reconnecting, and is also inspired by Plato’s Symposium, one of the most compelling philosophical examinations of love. In which, it is revealed that humans were originally created with four arms, four legs and a head with two faces. Fearing their power, Zeus split them into two separate parts, condemning them to spend their lives in search of their other halves. The film features four original pieces of music.
