1. What motivated you to make this film?
We made this film to be an inspirational story about love, loss, lessons learned along the way, and the power of faith to overcome the worst tragedy that a parent can endure yet get through it with purpose.
2. From the idea to the finished product, how long did it take for you to make this film?
From start to finish, we completed the film in six months.
3. How would you describe your film in two words!?
Powerful and moving.
4. What was the biggest obstacle you faced in completing this film?
The biggest obstacle was being able to communicate everything we learned along the journey with the audience.
5. What were your initial reactions when watching the audience talking about your film in the feedback video?
We are so honored to have been on this amazing journey which was well-received by the audience.
6. When did you realize that you wanted to make films?
From Tim: I have always been a storyteller, loved photography as a child, then became hooked on making films.
7. What film have you seen the most in your life?
Amadeus
8. What other elements of the festival experience can we and other festivals implement to satisfy you and help you further your filmmaking career?
We have been blessed to have won over 45 film festival awards and love the fact that you provided testimonials.
9. You submitted to the festival via FilmFreeway. How has your experiences been working on the festival platform site?
We are have been very pleased with using their platform.
10. What is your favorite meal?
Venezuelan food.
11. What is next for you? A new film?
We're going to sit back for a month and enjoy One Second at a Time going out into the world. We have a few other scripts that we have written that we are considering for our next film.
