SAMSARA, 6min., Canada, Music
Directed by M K N R
from artist M K N R that goes beyond the confines of pop music and introduces a bold orientally-infused orchestral song. The lamenting Duduk and striking strings captivate as he tells a story through this music video, shot as a short-film, filled with symbolism and subliminal meanings where he pleads for enlightenment before facing his deepest fear...before time is up.

NIGHT FALLS, 19min., Belgium, Music
Directed by Stéphane Orlando
Veronika Harcsa is accompanied by the Cave Cantores to embody the inner struggle of a singer living between two worlds, the classical of her illustrious cellist father and the jazz where she sees a possible key to more artistic freedom. Four lines from William Blake’s poem « Night » guide the narrative through different pieces of a puzzle of real and invented memories. This jumble of past, present and future crystallises into a powerful musical bad trip with catastrophic consequences.

ANIMA #2, 2min., Portugal, Animation/Experimental
Directed by Vasco Diogo
Anima # 2 is an experimental animation that shows 6 hand drawn human like figures in a constant row. Their movement, similar to a video dance, is created by the nature of the drawing, both by form and color. The apparent stillness of the figures confronts the viewer, as if the latter is being watched and questioned about its physical condition as an observer.
UPROOTED, 4min., Canada, Experimental
Directed by Zane
In 1959, Steven Truscott was wrongly convicted for the rape and murder of his classmate Lynne Harper and was sentenced to be hanged. This is a poem about that event.

I DREAM MY DREAM, 4min., Netherlands, Music
Directed by Monique van Kerkhof, Bo Oudendijk
I dream My dream
Exploring and dreaming
Unearthing freedoms, instinctively
with consciousness and unconsciousness intertwined

A HARD ROW TO HOE, 30min., Germany, Documentary
Directed by Lucas Fiederling
Dege Legg, aka Brother Dege is 'Louisianas best kept secret'. The writer, musician and working man has been living the dream of freedom, traveling the southlands for decades. His music has made it on international television and his hit ‚Too old to die young‘ was handpicked by Quentin Tarantino for the ‚Django Unchained‘ soundtrack. Still, the commercial success never fully happened. To this day he’s running his own label, booking his bands tours around the globe and takes on day-jobs whenever the bank is low. Will he be able to make his unique and deep version of delta blues for the world and keep touring with his band, or will he have to cope for a more normal life to make his ends meet for himself and his family?
