Gaganachari is a sci-fi mockumentary that takes place in a dystopian future where civilization is rattled by the existing strangle-hold of a hostile socio-political climate. The story focuses on the lives of three bachelors who reside in an apocalypse bunker whose lives get turned upside down when a visitor from a far off planet enters their domicile.
The story progresses into a social commentary that projects a exaggerated version of India's modern day political scenario which is told through comical moments taking place through the individual perspectives of the characters mentioned above.
There is discussion of bias, love, superstition and the unknown as this experimental feature film is presented in the format of a mockumentary .

Director Statement
As an individual who resides in a place which is well on its way to being submerged into the ocean, I find it imperative to put forth a hypothesis with this film, about a possible future of the state of Kerala, popularly known as God's own Country.
