Director Statement
Between Wings and Swings explores the subtleties of a child's emotions as she experiences farewell with her best friend. The genre and feel of the story is inspired by the style of L.M. Montgomery's Anne of Green Gables: less dramatic ups and downs but kindles an appreciation for the smaller details in daily life. May the film spark a bit of joy in everyone.
