DEFINITION OF A TV SPEC SCREENPLAY - A script written from an old popular show (LA Law, Seinfeld etc.) using the same characters and situations of that show. It's mainly used for agents to see the quality of your writing by seeing how you write characters, plots, themes with an already established and successful template. And for TV show runners to see the same.
The TOP winners will then have their script read out loud at WILDsound's next event using some of the best actors working today.
Also, all winners get to be a guest on WILDsound's popular coast to coast radio show and promote your script and your career to the world!
The RULES are simple:
1. Write a script. Make a film. Edit the heck out of it. We accept features and shorts that are in the SCI FI / FANTASY GENRE.
