MIKE HERON MIKE HERON "Mike Heron was born and raised in the city of Toronto, and since childhood has been immersed in the arts of storytelling through film and theatre. The son of a working film and theatre make-up artist, Mike was exposed to film sets and grew to understand and appreciate the art of moviemaking from a very young age. Mike developed a real passion for storytelling, and during his years of maturity, explored various means of exposure. From graphic artistry to traditional animation, Mike finally returned to his roots by exploring film as the ultimate means of communicating his ideas. With a refined purpose, Mike has since college pursued a career of writing and directing in film, developing his scripts and directing talent with industry contacts he's made through his family and peers." |
