Marc Forster was born in Germany in 1969, Forster attended the New York University Film School. His early directorial work received praise but little mainstream notice, and Forster’s skill was not heralded until 2001’s Monster’s Ball.
Shortly followed by Finding Neverland, these garnered many Academy Award nominations, (and Halle Berry’s groundbreaking win).
Helming the recent Bond entry Quantum of Solace has solidified Marc’s positioning as a Hollywood heavyweight.
