Jeffrey W. Pike grew up in the City of Brampton, Ontario just outside of Toronto.
Pike was always the creative type. As a kid he turned to writing short stories and drawing as a means of expressing his thoughts and emotions.
At the age of 10, he began directing short films in and around his home using his younger brother Matt and friends as actors. He never had the urge to be in front of the camera but loved the idea of making films.
After high school, Pike went to film school where he learned the business side of film production. He also volunteered on film sets in Toronto and Hollywood where he gained valuable on set experience.
Upon returning to Toronto, Pike was hired as the Production Manager on Director Rodger Edralin’s debut feature film, Grace. Working as a PM on a feature film was excellent experience for Pike as a film producer.
Pike went on to produce and direct his latest short film, Love and Defiance starring up and coming Toronto-based actors Jailar Tabugay, Bobbi Jaye and Jorge Berrio.
Today, Pike is working on developing his latest project. An epic period piece that takes place in 1000 AD.
“I’ve never been so excited about a project before. This new movie is going to be big and powerful. I can’t wait to get into this next one.”
Pike currently resides in his hometown of Brampton, Ontario. He is currently looking for like-minded producers to collaborate with on future projects.
