HANS MONTELIUS HANS MONTELIUS Hans is an award winning director and screenwriter working with shorts, features, documentaries and commercials. He also conducts screenwriting and filmmaking courses.
Hans has won many awards during the last year for his shorts The Man with all the Marbles and An Affair with Dolls and for his feature screenplays.
His screenplay Commander in Love won the UCLA Professional Program Screenwriting Competition. His screenplay How to Seduce your Neighbor , co-written with Mark Lewandowski, was selected as finalist in the Back in the Box Screenwriting competition and awarded Honorable Mention at Mexico Film Festival. The script is currently in pre-production. Hans grew up in Luleå in the north of Sweden where his father worked as an actor.
Prior to working with film, Hans also worked in the theater, where he wrote a half dozen plays and directed a dozen more. He also co-founded one of the largest theaters in Sweden. |
