1. What is your screenplay about?
My screenplay is about the life of the composer Ludwig van Beethoven.
2. Why should this screenplay be made into a film?
Often other movies about the lives of famous composers are based on fiction and legends. This story is about and based on real events which happened in Beethoven's life.
3. How long have you been writing screenplays?
I have been writing screenplays for 5 years.
4. What film have you seen the most times in your life?
Bettlejuice (when I was a kid)
5. What artist in the film industry would you love to work with?
Brian Singer (director)
6. Who was your hero growing up?
Actually, Beethoven because of the struggles he had to deal with in his life.
7. Ideally, where would you like to be in 5 years?
Actually, Beethoven because of the struggles he had to deal with in his life.
8. Describe your process; do you have a set routine, method for writing?
I have not set routine. Knock on wood, I have never had writer's block. I usually am inspired by living life, the news, a sermon, a song, a piece of music, etc.
9. Apart from writing, what else are you passionate about?
Music.
10. What influenced you to enter the WILDsound Script Contest?
I wanted to have the chance to have my screenplay read by film professionals and get feedback.
11. Any advice or tips you’d like to pass on to other writers?
Be true to yourself and your interests. Be original without being trashy.
