Clint Eastwood was born in California in 1930, Eastwood made an early imprint in film as an iconic star of Western and ‘hard-boiled’ flicks. The 1971 starrer Play Misty For Me was also his directorial debut, after which Eastwood was a prolific director, although remaining better known for his acting. Clint was inarguably recognized for his directorial abilities with the Best Picture Oscar for 1992’s Unforgiven, and the acclaim progressed into this century with another win for Million Dollar Baby (’05). Eastwood is also a prolific producer, and enjoys doing his own scoring.
